Terms of Service

Last updated: October 25, 2026

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ShotClock Pro and the website www.24shotclock.com (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. The Service

ShotClock Pro is a free, browser-based basketball shot clock simulator for practice, education, and entertainment. No account is required. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the Site in any way that breaks applicable laws or regulations;
  • attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or related systems;
  • use automated means to scrape or copy the Site's content in bulk, other than standard search engine indexing;
  • load videos in YouTube Free Play that you are not permitted to view, or use the Site to infringe the rights of others;
  • interfere with advertisements displayed on the Site, including by generating artificial impressions or clicks.

4. Intellectual Property

The Site's design, text, graphics, and original educational content are owned by ShotClock Pro and its creator, Chen Gazit, and are protected by copyright. You may use the Site for personal, educational, and non-commercial training purposes, and you may link to any page. Do not republish substantial portions of the content without permission.

Videos shown in YouTube Free Play are embedded from YouTube and remain the property of their respective owners; their use is governed by YouTube's terms. FIBA, NBA, WNBA, NCAA, EuroLeague and other names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe the rules they publish.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

ShotClock Pro is an independent training simulator. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIBA, the NBA, the WNBA, the NCAA, or any other league or governing body. Rule explanations on the Site are educational summaries and may not reflect the latest official texts; always rely on the official rules of your competition.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted availability. Timing in a web browser can be affected by your device, browser, and other software, so the Site is not certified timing equipment and is not intended to replace an official shot clock in sanctioned competition.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShotClock Pro and its creator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, results, or opportunities, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site — including any decision made in a game, practice, or assessment based on the Site's timing or content. Because the Site is provided free of charge, our total liability for any claim is limited to zero, or the minimum amount permitted by law where that is higher.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site uses third-party services such as Google Analytics, Google AdSense, and YouTube, and links to external websites such as FIBA. We are not responsible for their content or practices. How we and these services handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
